About the Role::

We are looking for a result-oriented and organized Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing floor and ensure seamless campaign execution. This role involves managing teams, ensuring timely delivery of client projects, maintaining quality standards, and driving collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing operations and experience in leadership and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the digital marketing floor and team.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and standardized procedures.
  • Track team performance, task completion, and ensure daily deliverables are met.
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines to ensure timely execution of campaigns, SEO tasks, ads, and content schedules.
  • Manage resource allocation and team assignments based on skills and workload distribution.
  • Supervise floor activity, uphold discipline, time management, and maintain team productivity.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and assign priorities for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with campaign managers, SEO, PPC, content, and design teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Prepare client presentations and maintain updated project trackers and progress reports.
  • Generate and present performance reports to management regularly.
  • Suggest operational improvements based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet both company and client quality standards.
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to clarify objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation such as trackers, timesheets, and workflow processes.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing operations (SEO, PPC, content, social media, reporting, etc.).
  • Organizational and time management skills with a focus on quality.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools like AI Tools and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing operations, delivery management, or equivalent roles.
